This is our FINE GRAIN, anhydrous, food grade citric acid. Fine grain citric costs more than coarse grain citric, but it saves the tedious step of grinding. This is the same citric acid I use in my bombs. This citric acid is food safe and useful for homemade dishwasher detergent and pH adjusting formulas as well.

This listing is for a 50lb bulk order. It will come in 2 boxes with 25lbs in each and with bag in a box style packaging.
