Electric Blue biodegradable glitter is made in the USA, non toxic and cruelty free. It's chunky at 0.04microns. We love it for bath bombs, soap and more. It's FDA approved for cosmetics. It's made to break down over a period of time and biodegrade so that it's not harmful to our waterways and environment, so be sure to test on your product before using in large batches.

Etsy handles the payments. While it is usually done very quickly, any delays or problems with payment will have to be handled with Etsy. We don't have access to your payment accounts through your order except to cancel or refund an already processed order.

Free shipping is extremely convenient to make total cost viewable at a glance. However, it can inadvertently inflate shipping cost on larger international orders (over 5-6 items) and all orders with multiple quantities of the same thing. If you are in that category, message me with a screenshot of your cart and I'll make you a custom listing with an accurate shipping rate for your order.

WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?
We primarily use USPS First Class and Priority Mail. We sometimes use UPS on larger orders. A tracking will be associated with your order so you can see which carrier is used.
Express 1-2 day shipping is available on many listings, or you can always ask for this additional service if you are in a hurry.
We ship out usually within a day. Sometimes it takes two days. During busy times (Mondays & after USPS holidays) we may need up to 3 business days to send your order. We have an express handling upgrade for $5 for the first item and $1 for each additional item that guarantees your item will go out within 24 hours. This is for handling speed, not shipping speed. We have a First Class to Priority Mail Upgrade & an Express 1-2 day shipping upgrade available on some items as well. Check shipping upgrade options for those.
Please order your supplies in plenty of time to allow for occasional human error. Delay of the delivery of your package because of damage, order error, or shipping delays happen from time to time. We do our best to send a professionally packed order out quickly and we care about you returning to our shop, but sometimes mistakes do happen. Please order in plenty of time to meet your deadlines.
All customs, duty & VAT fees that may incur upon shipping are the buyer's responsibility. We don't have control over these fees nor are we able to estimate what they will be. Check your local laws regarding these before you ship. Please add your phone number to your international shipments. A phone number is often needed by customs and delivery agents for delivery. If a package is returned to us for non payment of customs or because they were unable to reach you, the shipping is non refundable. We can't refund items for non payment of customs until they arrive back here, which can take months. Confiscated items are non refundable.
Global Postal Shipping is the cheapest option at check out for small, lightweight items and it's normal for that shipping option to take several weeks. Please be aware that the economy shipping is slow. If you need your items sooner, please choose Priority Mail upgrade. We can only file a lost mail insurance claim for an international order after 40 days.
**PLEASE track your international packages and use a phone number** on your label and retrieve your packages promptly so they don't get returned. This avoids a lot of problems with customs and order loss.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION PACKAGES:
We occasionally send more valuable packages with signature confirmation so USPS cannot drop a valuable package on a porch and walk away leaving it open to theft or loss. We utilize this service at our discretion. No loss claims can be filed on a package that is signed for or when signature confirmation is waived by the customer. Damage claims can be filed as stated in our policies above. Shipping charges cannot be refunded on orders returned to us because they are not signed for.
$5 EXPEDITED HANDLING FEE:
This means your order is guaranteed to leave Two Wild Hares within 24 business hours (Mon-Fri). No other delivery speed guarantee is implied by this fee. Our expedited fee is $5 for a single item and $1 for every additional item in the order. If the default shipping on your item is First Class, it is sent as First Class unless you pay the priority mail upgrade in addition.
ADDRESS CHANGES and ERRORS:
Please make your order with the correct address entered in your order detail. We will try to accommodate changes when asked, but if an order is sent to the address on your account in Etsy or Paypal (if you paid with Paypal), not the one you asked to change to in Etsy messages, we cannot resend it at our expense. Our orders are sometimes packed too quickly for a change to be made through Etsy messaging.
Etsy pulls shipping addresses from your Paypal account when paying with Paypal, so be careful not to click through check out without reading where your package is going.
If you make an order with an incorrect address, please cancel your order and place a new order with the correct address so there are no problems with receiving your order. As long as the order hasn't already shipped, we will refund and cancel on your request so the address change can be made.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Accurate, fast deliveries are important to us & we have worked hard for our reputation of providing fast shipping & great customer service. However, each box is carefully packed by a person & people sometimes make mistakes. Shipping errors within USPS are completely out of our control. If there is a problem, please message us and we will do what we can to make it right. We reserve the right to choose item replacement or refund depending on what makes the most sense in each circumstance.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. Transit times are not guaranteed for any shipping option except USPS Express 1-2 day.
We do not accept returns on packaging items including shrink bags, plastic clamshells, stand up bags, soap boxes or anything listed in the packaging section of our store. All sales final on jojoba beads, lakes, dyes and sprinkles as well. Please understand this policy is for hygienic purposes.
Digital downloads and custom made bath products are non refundable as well.
Other returns are considered on a case by case basis. To return an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and if a return is approved, customer must ship it back within 14 days. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility on returns and exchanges. We will refund your item, less the cost of shipping, when it arrives back at Two Wild Hares. Please use the direct address we give you in messaging to return (not our PO Box.)
DAMAGED PACKAGE CLAIMS:
To file a claim, within 7 days of receipt, submit a photograph of the package damage and the damaged item with an explanation of what was lost or broken.
These damages are not covered:
1. Dog or another animal chewing up package.
2. Items inside cut by careless package opening.
3. Neglecting to pick up package from mailbox or delivery location promptly resulting in heat, rain or other damage as a result.
4. Not providing a safe place for delivery. Packages left outside apartment doors are not safe.
5. Customer supplied incorrect address or address was not entered in the USPS standardized format.
Make sure your local PO and UPS knows where to safely leave your packages and pick them up promptly. We pack boxes full and tight, so don't use a box cutter to open.
We are happy to enter the claim for you on USPS should one be needed and accommodate a reshipment of your package if a claim is paid. If you enter the claim online yourself, we are unable to do anything further for you regarding your damaged package. To file a claim, you must notify Two Wild Hares no more than 7 days after the delivery of your package with pictures. In some cases, we will have to wait on USPS approval to proceed with your replacement package. Don’t throw away the packaging until your claim is completed.
LOST or UNDELIVERED PACKAGES:
If your package is missing in action, we unfortunately have to wait 15 days to file a claim through USPS for domestic packages and 21 days for international packages. We aim for quick and accurate deliveries, but lost packages sometimes happen and are out of our control. Transit times are not guaranteed except for USPS Express 1-2 day packages.
We are happy to enter a loss claim for you on USPS should one be needed and accommodate a reshipment of your package when a claim is paid. To file a loss claim, you must notify us within 21 days of the shipment date for a MIA/lost/undelivered package and within 7 days of delivery if the package tracks delivered but doesn't show up at your house.
If a package is returned to us because of insufficient address, unpaid customs fees or a because a customer didn't retrieve their package and the post office returned it, the shipping fee will have to be repaid to resend it. This includes "free shipping" listings. Free shipping applies to the first shipment only.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please include an accurate phone number on your order.
Customs/VAT fees will have to be paid in many countries before they will deliver. After so many days, USPS will return your package to us for non payment of customs fees and shipping cost is forfeited. Unclaimed/non payment of customs fees on international packages are sometimes never returned and when they are returned to us, it takes months. We cannot refund items until they arrive back. To avoid the loss of your order entirely, please be aware of and take care of your customs and VAT fees.
Please be sure USPS delivers to your address given. In some countries, USPS only delivers to PO boxes, not physical addresses. It's your responsibility to make sure you can receive packages by USPS with the address entered.
Please be aware of your customs and duties regulations and do not order items that would be confiscated by your country's customs department. Confiscated items are non-refundable.
